AB Creation Customized Products

1. No Return / No Exchange

   • All our products are customized and made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

   • Please ensure all details (size, color, customization, shipping address, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.

2. Order Cancellation

   • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.

3. Refund Policy

   • Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances since all products are custom-made.

   • Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

     • The product is received in a damaged condition.

     • The product is incorrect (wrong item delivered).

   • To request a refund in such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing pictures/videos as proof.

4. Payment Policy

   • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

   • All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping Policy

   • We provide worldwide shipping, with the exception of Pakistan.

   • Shipping times vary based on destination and courier services. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
